About Us
Footprint Environmental is a name that links two things - Carbon Footprints and the Environment, and its mission is to reduce carbon footprints through the application of conservation, energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions.
Trading in Barbados since 2008, Footprint Environmental has undertaken a number of projects, with a combined total of more than 100kW of renewable energy system capacity.
Conservation leads, energy efficiency follows, leading to properly dimensioned renewable energy systems.
Solar PV panels and wind turbines are remarkable items in themselves, but they have to be properly installed, and in the right sizes and quantities to produce the best results. Business and home owners can implement measures to achieve energy efficiency, and this can include improvements to appliances, changes to lighting systems and taking a good hard look at how power is being used.
Renewable Energy has diverse applications. Footprint Environmental applies renewable energy to water pumping, including pool pumping, pressure boosting and deep well pumping.
